Mark has over 12 years’ experience in the accounting and finance function of an Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") listed group. During this time he held several key positions within the business including Financial Officer, Group Accountant and Company Secretary.

 

The Financial Officer/Group Accountant roles included managing and liaising with external auditors and tax accountants to meet regulatory requirements. These reporting requirements related to the compilation and lodgment of Annual, Half-yearly and Quarterly reports, as well as market updates and responses to ASX queries.

 

Mark is a Graduate of Curtin Business School with a Bachelor of Commerce (Majors in Finance and Management), Associate Member of CPA Australia.
